"We're Gonna Make It After All...dahdahdahdahhh...dah!"

Back in Minneapolis once again. The home city of VEE Corporation. It's a much more lively city than one would think. The whole downtown area is littered with bars and restaurants, most of which have outdoor patios, and there always seems to be something going on,especially at night. My theory as to why this is so is because for 3 months of the year you can't go outside because it's so dang cold,so everyone makes the most of the rest of the year. So last night I did a little bar-hopping with Arlee and Miranda, who is my co-swing. Good thing I was off from the show today...

The show continues to go smoothly. Saturday I was back in the glorious orange of Sew-n-So. I'd been so stressed trying to learn all these other ponies so it was kind of nice to not have to THINK about what I was doing, and just let muscle memory do it's thing. I was Minty for the run in Cedar Rapids and she is by far the most fun pony to play. Tomorrow I do my 1st show as Pinkie Pie and of course it's the show that all the VEE corporate bigwigs are coming to. Then on Sunday I finish out the run here as Rainbow Dash and I will have played everyone I'm supposed to.

A North Dakota split week next week. Bismarck and then Fargo. After that I will have been to every state except Hawaii. Anyone want to send me to Hawaii?

Opening Part II

Well,we are back up and running! The pony show has begun again in earnest. I spent 5 days in Minneapolis learning my tracks and then trucked off to Green Bay,where we spent a few days retooling the show somewhat and working the new people in. It's almost an entirely new cast - just Tim and Corinne from last year,as well as Arlee, who replaced me as Sew-n-So. The rest are all new. Well, new to me anyway. It's an interesting cast dynamic this year. Last year was pretty evenly split between men and women. Not so much this year. Just 3 guys w/12 girls. It's a VERY quiet dressing room! About half the crew is back from last year. I'm rooming w/Tim once again. We just had our 1st show here in Green Bay & I played Thistle Whistle. It was kind of surreal, especially being onstage in a different pony suit. Sometimes muscle memory would kick in and I would accidently start to do Sew-n-So's blocking.

We have a split week next week. Cedar Rapids IA and Minneapolis. I will be updating much more regularly than I did over break!
