More haunted house reviews...

Apologies for the gap in posts.

All I really have to say about Springfield MO and Fort Smith AR is that my phone was roaming in both places. Followed that up with St.Louis. I've been to St.Louis many times so I didn't bother doing any sightseeing with the rest of the gang. The one exception I made was to go to "Darkness",which has the distinction of being rated the #1 Scariest Haunted House in America by Hauntworld.com. Obviously the folks at Hauntworld don't get out much. L-A-M-E. They had a budget,I'll say that for them. Animatronics, video screens, amazing set decoration...but I just was never scared. To me,a good haunted house has to have a sense of authenticity to it. I again refer to Acres of Terror in North Dakota. They send you through a REAL cornfield and a REAL abandoned school. "Darkness" was in a warehouse in downtown St.Louis and had a sort-of Ancient Egypt-Tomb Raider-Indiana Jones theme, but with monsters. And while the decor was cool and very well done,it just wasn't scary. We'll be hitting another one next week,so hopefully it won't be crappy.
The show is going along okay. We had a few injuries. Lauren(one of the Ladybugs) tore a muscle in her calf and is out for at least a month,so they got our old buddy Danny Mendoza to come back to tour and be a temporary Ladybug! Also injured was Elizabeth(Rarity the Unicorn). She was out 2 weeks but is scheduled to come back this week. Her swing,Miranda, was stuck playing Rarity for that time.
Oklahoma City this week and next week will be Monroe LA.
